Controls don't seems to work properly. You might want to redefine them. Plus, I can't get past the 1st customer in the tut since I can't find how to sell him the delicious ice cream.
Altho, I'm still giving you 7/10 for the effort. Graphics sound and idea seam to be a good work.

You could hve add an ambiance music or something like it.
And one major problem: Pics ain't big enough. Keep in mind most people are playing on big screen resolutions now a days, and I had problems finding the 5 clues after level 2 for the pictures are to small and details don't show up easily...

You should rewrite your script. I always end up with no possiblities, thus preventing to finish the game. Even on start I sometimes have no possibilities. Game would be good if not for that.
Patience games by their nature are not always possible. Part of the skill of the game is rejecting the impossible. Personally, I've found stonewall a good game for this - failure usually comes quickly, so less time is wasted on dud deals.
