It's good. Looks like you worked on it. But honestly, I'd recommand ti make more frames so it looks smoother and make it a while longer and maybe in rythme with the song.

Animation is ok. Lip sync working good. But the score and FX are quiet annoying. You should ask friends to make voice acts and search on specialized web sites such as sound dogs for FX that are not made with voice, wich would sound way more professional.

Your animation is good, but to be honest, there is not that much of a real new content to NG. Besides, I think you've watch the movie Amelie one too many time for it to be safe for your sanity...
